CERVELO ASPERO GRX 815 DI2 DISC GRAVEL BIKE 2021
The Cervelo Aspero GRX 815 Di2 Disc Gravel Bike combines a
design that targets raw speed with lightweight and accurate components to
deliver adventurous riders across the trails, paths and tracks with personal
best beating velocity.
The full carbon frameset has an aggressive, road
racing-inspired character that is blessed with World Tour levels of stiffness
and low weight to grant climbing prowess and punchy acceleration. In addition
to the high stiffness to weight ratio, the frame’s tube sections sport aerodynamically
tweaked profiles for lower drag at higher speeds.
The frameset is compatible with either 700c or 650b wheels
and this adaptability combines with generous tyre width clearances to offer
versatility for any off-road surface conditions. The geometry is balanced
perfectly for efficient power transfer and composed handling and can be tweaked
by using the Trail Mixer fork tab that refines the ride depending on the size
of wheels being used and the terrain ahead.
Reserve 32mm, 700c wheels use their lightweight but robust
full carbon rims that feature wide internal dimensions to offer a spritely but
assured ride. These wheels are driven by the gravel-specific and highly
accurate Shimano GRX 815 Di2 electronic gear setup. Braking is courtesy of the
matching Shimano GRX RX815 hydraulic configuration that stops with power and
composure whatever the conditions.
